{geni:about_me} Eugene Czapski (the mother of Erwins mother Lotte) wanted to finish her days with my parents because of the nazi situation in Germany.. My mother often made the trip Paris-Berlin. Every time she brought back somemoney from the Czapski family to be able to later secure the stay of Eugenie in France. Erwin liked her very much. She died the evening before her departure to France, 20th of February 1940.
