{geni:about_me} Rudolf studied civil engineering and graduated with distinction in Prague. He was all his life emplyed by the state railway in various engineering and managarial functions in Pilsen, Stribro, Pilsen and Prague. Hislast job was head of the bridge section for the Central Bohemian region in Prague (1934-39), which for a Jewish civil servant was a relatively high position. A very cultured man of wide knowledge and interest was prematurely pensioned off after the fall of Czechoslovakia in1938/39 and in 1942 deported to Theresienstadt and after two days to Sobibor where he presumably died in the Holocaust
