{geni:about_me} Georg Knoepflmacher had the Hebrew name of "Alexander Chaim". He, his wife, and his son fled to Bolivia in 1939. Georg became dean of the school of engineering in Bolivia and was later awarded the medal of the "Condor de los Andes". He is buried there in the "Panteon de Notables".
