{geni:about_me} Rachel Rabinowitz Cohen EWING - Rachel Rabinowitz Cohen, 91, passed away Thursday, June 30, 2011, at her residence. Born in Tel Aviv, Israel, Mrs. Cohen was a former resident of Lawrenceville. She was a graduate ofThe University of London and an educator at the Abrams Hebrew Academy for 20 years before retiring. Wife of the late Leon A. Cohen, she is survived by two sons, Dr. Barry Cohen and Morton S. Cohen; a daughter, Elaine (Nolan) Sigal, 10 grandchildren, Benjamin, Abagail, Jason, Jordan, Erica, Courtney, Joshua, Adam, Yaron and Brooke. Funeral services were held Friday at Orland's Ewing Memorial Chapel, 1534 Pennington Rd., Ewing Township and burial followed at People of Truth Cemetery. The family respectfully requests memorial contributions to the Chabad of Greater Mercer County or Greenwood House (Employees Fund).
