Elsa/Else was born in 1875, daughter of Bernhard Pollack von Parnau and his wife Regine.
She married Max Mandl von Maldenau in 1896.
The couple fled Vienna in the summer of 1939.
Elsa died soon afterwards whilst fleeing somewhere in France, on 27th. November 1939.
