{geni:about_me} My aunt (or rather ex-aunt) worked after the war at Berkley University, her speciality the family and its transformation in the 20th c. She wrote a book based on her pre-war research in Yugoslavia - Porodica u transformaciji ( Family in Transition: A study of 300 Yugoslav villages), which was published in Croat and in German(FRG). Upon her return to Yugoslavia she lectured at Zagreb Universiity and belonged to what was known as the "Zagreb School" (main subjects sociology,anthropology).
