{geni:about_me} Theo's mother was Martha Felix, née Stein, who some years later married Dr Weiss, a judge who served on a district court at Chust, Czechoslovakia (Subcarfpatian Ukraine). By. the late 1920s she lived in her parents' house in Telc, Czechoslovakia( Moravia). In 1937 she went into a psychiatric hospital in Německý (today Havlíčkův) Brod, Czechoslovakia (Bohemia) where in 1938 she committed suicide.
After graduating from the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague, Theo was appointed judge at one of the courts in Brno. In addition to several disttrict courts Brno was - and is until today - the seat of the Czechoslovak Supreme Court.
