{geni:about_me} Rudi was born in June 15, 1919 in Vienna, Austria.

Her family owned a printing press in Vienna. During the late 1930s she was send of to a graphic design school in Vienna to major graphic design so that she would become the graphic designer in the printing press.

She managed to immigrate to Israel by herself in the late 1930s before World War II started. She became part of the fifth immigration wave to Israel (Fifth Aliyah) and became a pioneer in Israel's colonization prior to Israel's Independence.

Rudi found himself working in ....... where she met Manfred.

After the war Rudi found out that both her parents, Siegfried and Ida, died in the Kaunas Ghetto in Lithuania during the war.

Manfred and Rudi got married in ........... and moved to Shadmot Devorah in the early 1940s during the "Tower and stockade" period.

Manfred and Rudi became farmers and built up a family farm in Shadmot Devorah which consisted of cows and chickens.

During the late 1940s and the early 1950s Manfred and Rudi had three children - Yael(1946), Joram (1948) and Rachel.

With the years Rudi had to concentrate on being a homemaker and a farmer and to stop pursuing her passion for arts. With the years she became very good in cooking.

In 1984 Rudi died from a cancer in a cancer treatment center in Haifa.
