{geni:about_me} Born in Manitowoc, WI. 6-10-1930 attended school and graduated from Lincoln Hi School June of 1948. Worked for Jageman Stamping Co. Manitowoc. On 12-15-52 was hired by Manitowoc Police Dept. Worked 4 1/2 years on Midnight shift and then rode motorcycle for 12 years in the traffic dept. Was promoted to Sgt. and then to Capt. of Traffic division. The last 7 years till 12-31-1985 was the Deputy Chief of Police. In Sept. 1986 sold my home in Manitowoc and moved to the Milwaukee, WI. area and on 10-12-1986 wife Lois [Coplan] passed away. On 6-14-1988 married Estelle [Feller] Pump. I have 3 children, Michael Jay born 12-03-1960; Penny Riva born 04-10-1962 married to Phillip Gaudet; Lisa Elan born 09-10-1967 married to Louis Rada.
