Most probably the Amalia Reif who [http://cemeteries.jewishbrno.eu/cemetery/hrobovemisto/id/14492 d. Nov. 11, 1880]; extreme blow-up of the image of the gravestone strongly suggests it says "43 Lebensjahre" which would put birth year at 1837... The three gravestones -- Josef, Fanni, Amalia (from 1888, 1884, 1880, respectively) are similar in style, although non-adjacent.
