{geni:about_me} I was less than two years old when my grandmother, Gussie, passed away. I always heard that she was loved by
all who knew her. She was a wonderful homemaker and excellent cook. Many family members were at her home on Friday night to enjoy her cooking. She and my grandfather, Max, lived with us until she passed away. My mother, Bettie, was able to learn so much from her during this time. Unfortunately, my grandmother, Gussie, is not in the picture that is posted. Ruchel Rose Boxer and Dave Boxer are on the top row. They were Gussie's sister and brother-in-law. Sonya Mayers and Libby Mayers Dion are on the bottom row. They were Max's sister-in-law and sister. I have many fond memories of them during my childhood. I will try to find more family photos and post them on Geni. I hope that this information is accurate....
